Order Processing We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and estimated timeframes will be displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days once dispatched.

International Delivery We may offer international shipping to selected countries. International delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout where available. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging We take care to package all items securely, particularly fragile vintage, antique, and handmade pieces. Items are packaged to minimise the risk of damage in transit. We may also use recycled packaging as part of our commitment to sustainability.
