Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. As we sell vintage jewellery, antiques, and handmade items, please take care when trying on or handling pieces. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned in a condition that differs from how it was sent.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

How to Return an Item

To arrange a return, please contact us with your order details. We will provide you with the return address and any further instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. In this case, we will cover the cost of return postage and offer a full refund or replacement.

Vintage & Antique Items

Please note that vintage, antique, and pre-owned items may show signs of age and wear consistent with their history. These characteristics are not considered faults and do not affect your right to return under our standard policy, provided the item was accurately described at the time of sale.

Handmade Items

Handmade items are crafted prior to being offered for sale and may have slight variations from photographs. These are not considered faults. If you have any concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
